Softonic review

Tornuffalo

Tornuffalo is a fully immersive, room-scale VR experience, pitting the player against a new meteorozoological phenomenon, the ‘tornuffalo’ which combines all the most dangerous elements of tornadoes and buffalo.

What do you do?

In this game, players don either their Oculus Rift or HTC Vive and enter a virtual world in the comfort of their own living room. The game world itself is a nightmare storm littered with incoming debris such as fire hydrants, trash cans, cars, vans and large herbivores, including buffalo. The player must dodge, duck and dive to avoid these flying dangers. Players are also armed with weapons to smash incoming objects and survive the tornuffalo!

Can I play it anywhere?

A nice safe place for those heavy landings is best, but the game is designed for indoor play. It’s a game where you get up, strap in and enjoy the ride. Some users have said that small rooms can be an issue, with bumping into objects not uncommon. Be sensible and choose a space that lets you really move freely without hitting any real life dangerous objects!
